Do I love Cats.... definitely

Hi my name is Jenny and this is my story or blog as it's called on how my love of cats became a reality and I started my cat sitting business.

It all began after COVID in 2021, I was contemplating a change in direction work wise, and had recently joined a site called Cat in a Flat. My partner said to me he thought there wasn't much call for cat sitters.

Oh how wrong he was, I got a few enquiries on Cat in a Flat, my very first sit I did was for a gorgeous cat called Ellie, she has been a regular of mine ever since. I remember she brought me a dead mouse in on my second ever visit.....think she liked me lol

And I received more and more bookings, it was fantastic finally doing something I loved and I received amazing reviews on Cat in a Flat.

I remember sitting for an elderly cat called Tinkerbell she was going deaf in her old age, I remember one day going in to see her she stayed upstairs...never went out, and for the love of god...I couldn't find her anywhere!!!

So I'm starting to panic where could she be, I searched everywhere couldn't see her at all, so I rang the owners mum and said I couldn't find her anywhere, and she agreed to pop round and have a look....I patiently waited for the news, that Tinkerbell had been found, got the call....nope no where to been seen, her owners where coming back that day.

Did this have a happy ending ?

Yes it did, she was found by her owners up in the archive part in the house, she must have climbed in and the door shut, she couldn't hear us calling her, she was perfectly fine after her ordeal
