As a cat owner you can change or cancel an existing reservation by contracting me direct.

A cancellation fee will depend on how much notice is given.

If you give you give me more than 16 days notice there will be no cancellation fee.

If you can 15 to 8 days before your booking starts you will be refunded in full.

If you cancel 7 days or less before the booking starts I will receive a 30% cancellation fee ( there is a minimum of £9.50).
